Our onsite certified technicians ensure our tenants are always comfortable in their office environment and tend to maintenance requests in a matter of minutes. Staff is available for 24/7 support, the park is monitored by state of the art security cameras, and a third party security patrol offers additional security and peace of mind. As a testament to our service, since we started conducting annual Tenant Satisfaction Surveys in 2013 we have achieved a satisfaction rating above 95% each and every year.
